There is a 16% tax on all accommodations and cleaning fee. This tax is not included in the rates posted on this web page. Daily rentals do not include departure cleaning fee. No Pets Please
Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds
A $150 security deposit or credit card is required to confirm any reservation. This deposit will not be applied to your final bill, but will be returned to you after inspection of the unit upon your departure. Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is received 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellation inside 72 hours will be charged full amount plus a processing fee of $25 dollars.
Check-In / Check-Out
Condominiums for arriving guests are not guaranteed before 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A late check-out is available for an additional charge.
